Technical Business Analyst Internship

Company Overview:

Marketeq Digital is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an unpaid Technical Business Analyst Intern. This internship will provide you with valuable hands-on experience working with our full stack development and cloud architecture teams. You will collaborate closely with designers, developers, and stakeholders to create technical AWS requirements, user stories, and data dictionaries based on completed ux designs and prototypes. This position requires a commitment of 15-20 hours per week on a part-time basis.

Responsibilities:

• Perform quality assurance checks on prototypes, identifying broken links and broken flows, and promptly reporting issues to the senior designer.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather and refine business requirements, ensuring alignment with technical capabilities.
• Collaborate with the full stack development and cloud architecture team to understand and analyze completed designs and prototypes.
• Translate designs and prototypes into technical AWS requirements, user stories, and data dictionaries, ensuring clear and concise documentation.
• Assist in creating test plans and conducting testing to ensure the functionality and integrity of developed solutions.
• Participate in team meetings, providing updates on progress, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies, suggesting enhancements and best practices.

Requirements:

• Attention to detail and the ability to identify and report issues promptly.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in creating user stories, data dictionaries, and technical requirements.
• Strong understanding of full stack development and cloud architecture principles.
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies is a plus.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a cross-functional team.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex technical information into clear and concise documentation.
• Knowledge of AWS services and familiarity with cloud computing concepts.
• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
