Responsibilities
- Assist in analyzing the effectiveness of the reports and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Develop visual aids like charts, graphs, and tables to present data and analysis effectively.
- Upload reports to customer database after approval process.
- Compile raw data from various sources to produce and edit reports, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and coherence of content.
- Conduct research on assigned topics and synthesize complex information to develop reports that meet the requirements of stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Field Service Manager and Generation Business Manager on special requests.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their objectives and provide recommendations on how to structure reports to achieve their goals.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Qualifications
- Data analysis and visualization skills.
- Computer proficiency with the MS Office suite of software.
- High School Diploma and 4+years’ experience in a business environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, accuracy.
- Able to learn Doble DTA8, SFRA6, and Vanguard testing software.
- Knowledge and experience with report writing processes and tools required.
- Excellent writing and editing skills necessary.
