Responsibilities

• Assist in analyzing the effectiveness of the reports and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Develop visual aids like charts, graphs, and tables to present data and analysis effectively.
• Upload reports to customer database after approval process.
• Compile raw data from various sources to produce and edit reports, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and coherence of content.
• Conduct research on assigned topics and synthesize complex information to develop reports that meet the requirements of stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Field Service Manager and Generation Business Manager on special requests.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their objectives and provide recommendations on how to structure reports to achieve their goals.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Qualifications

• Data analysis and visualization skills.
• Computer proficiency with the MS Office suite of software.
• High School Diploma and 4+years’ experience in a business environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, accuracy.
• Able to learn Doble DTA8, SFRA6, and Vanguard testing software.
• Knowledge and experience with report writing processes and tools required.
• Excellent writing and editing skills necessary.
