Responsibilities


We are seeking an experienced HR Data Analyst to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and organizing HR data to ensure its accuracy and availability for reporting and analytics. Your expertise will be critical in streamlining decision-making processes across the organization.


As The HR Data Analyst, You Will


  • Evaluate and measure the effectiveness of implemented data solutions.
  • Collaborate with department stakeholders to ascertain and prioritize data requirements for performance management.
  • Design user-friendly dashboards for data visualization and decision-making.
  • Conduct thorough data profiling to identify anomalies and create insightful summaries.
  • Identify and execute process improvements through technological solutions.
  • Collect, analyze, and organize HR data to ensure that it is accurate and readily available for reporting and analytics.
  • Partner with internal teams to implement data-driven strategies and solutions.
  • Manage data mapping by identifying essential data, understanding business requirements, and maintaining documentation of data transformations.
  • Interpret HR data to assist in the modeling of vital metrics such as headcount trends, workforce forecasting, and compensation analysis.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for data handling, storage, and processing strategies across various divisions.


Qualifications


  • Demonstrated ability to work with business users to translate requirements into data specifications.
  • 3+ years of experience in business intelligence and data analysis.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with various levels of personnel within the organization.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
  • Proficient in data analysis, reporting, and visualization tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
  • High regard for confidentiality, and a proven ability to handle sensitive information with tact and respect.
  • Experienced in programming scripts using SQL, R, or similar programming languages.
  • Experience in data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
  • Exceptional quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
