Manager, Onboarding Jobs

We’re looking for a Manager of Onboarding to join our Client Success team! As a Manager for the Onboarding team, you will develop, coach, and manage a high-performance team that launches quality websites efficiently. You will be leading the team on the front lines with our clients; the world’s most elite real estate agents.

The Onboarding team connects with our clients to understand their business, brand, and vision for their websites. As the initial point of contact, they guide clients through their first 4-6 weeks with Luxury Presence as project managers, intersecting with the clients, sales, marketing, development, and design. Your responsibility will be to provide the team with guidance and leadership, a clear and effective process, success metrics, and handle any customer escalations.

• Onboarding and training a team
• Quickly learning and leveraging company platforms, processes, and tools (Hubspot, Front, Google Suite)
• Investigating and uncovering blockers by asking the right questions and finding opportunities to optimize performance
• Communicating, excellent verbal and written skills
• Coaching, motivating, and developing talent
• Taking initiative and moving quickly to implement process improvements

You have:

• Experience working at a SaaS company, ideally B2C and serving luxury clients
• Genuine curiosity about what drives each individual to do their best work
• 1+ years managing 5+ direct reports to success in a goal driven environment
• Experience in web design or website building, you have a great eye for design!
• A knack for handling difficult conversations, internally and externally to mitigate client escalations
• An interest in Real Estate is a plus
• 3+ years working in Onboarding or client success
