As our Creative Director, you will be the Champion of Creative Innovation.
You'll have a dedicated partner, the Operations Manager, overseeing the entire Production Team. While they manage the nuts and bolts of assembly lines, creative output, tasks, and projects, you'll be our creative visionary, driving innovation, invention, and trends - all in pursuit of our internal and client-oriented goals. Additionally, you'll play a pivotal role in mentoring the production team, elevating their thinking, design prowess, and copy standards.
In the role of Creative Director, you will lead our Creative Team, comprised of designers, artists, video editors, writers, and editors, on an exhilarating journey of creation, maintenance, and optimization. This will be accomplished through client input and a savvy grasp of marketing insights.
Working in close collaboration with our CEO and reporting directly to our COO, you'll embody the face of creative innovation.
Your extensive design expertise will underpin content across various marketing channels such as social media, digital ads, email campaigns, text marketing, websites, and various marketing materials such as e-products, print media, style guides, job ads, and emerging platforms.
Our aspiration is for you to set new standards of creativity, ideation, and innovation. While you don't need to be a master of every platform, your role involves inspiring novel ideas, supporting the team's execution, and harnessing AI tools to efficiently deploy content. Within our production framework, you'll help us deliver high-quality work, enhancing our competitive edge and transcending industry norms.

You'll be embracing a flexible schedule within the given time zone. Periodic travel within the region or even internationally may be required. This remote role requires your dedicated commitment to the role's responsibilities.

The Recipe For Success
You're an exceptional designer, boasting a minimum of seven years of design experience across online, web, and print mediums.
You're well-versed in team dynamics, adept at bringing out the best in individuals.
Your expertise spans design, marketing, psychology, copy, conversion, and beyond.
You've orchestrated successful creative projects, including websites, landing pages, and digital campaigns.
