Our recent trajectory has created this opportunity for the right individual to join our expanding marketing team, where you will work side by side with our senior management.

Innovetive Petcare's Associate Creative Director is a self-starter who will lead, showcase and advocate a client-first mentality by providing agency-level support to our animal hospitals. With a smile and a get-it-done attitude, they should enjoy providing visual solutions that will help our hospitals enhance their individual personalities while achieving (and exceeding) their business goals.

This person:

• Develops marketing campaigns that translate Company's marketing objectives across multi-site and unique locations with adoption and ongoing use of automation and technology to attract new clients, retain existing clients while continue to build strong brand awareness.
• Manages design projects for Company and network of hospitals including, but not limited to, all logo/brands/design, content, printed and digital levers.
• Collaborates as an integral member of the marketing team in overall creative planning by identifying fiscally responsible, scalable marketing opportunities that drive revenues to build a creatively savvy veterinary brand.
• Leads and reviews design, web, print, and digital marketing collateral to ensure marketing department meets and exceeds hospital's needs and expectations.

Key Responsibilities

The Associate Creative Director works among a cross-functional team including marketing director, digital marketing director, junior designers, and agency project managers in the strategic creative development of branding and marketing collateral for our growing network of clinics.

• Manages and prioritizes creative needs across departments and clinics based on short- and long-term demands while meeting production deadlines and costs
• Manages Company's and hospital's creative process from concept to completion and oversees integrity and organization of creative assets
• Reviews and approves art, copy and formats developed among the marketing team, ensuring we effectively address marketing goals and challenges that support revenue growth
• Actively involved in managing, hiring and training creative agencies and contractors as need be.
• Creates and oversees the presentation of final concepts of brand standards, style guides and palettes of Company and hospitals
• Produces timely, fresh, innovative work that translates complex ideas into compelling print materials and digital experiences for both visually sophisticated and medically educated audiences including building templates, services campaigns, promotional and event campaigns, including web design and ongoing education levers.

Skills Knowledge And Expertise

• Advanced experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
• 5-7 + years of design experience, agency-side a plus
• Bachelor's Degree
• Job is based in Austin, TX
• Experience with consumer marketing in retail and/or multi-unit businesses, specifically veterinary, pet or human healthcare
• A portfolio including branding, digital, print and social that display design skills with utmost attention to detail
