Creative Director Jobs

Our client, a patient-focused healthcare company that works with hospitals across the country, is looking for a Full-Time Creative Director to join their growing team! This is an onsite role based in Little Rock, AR.
In this new and exciting role, the Creative Director will truly have the opportunity to make an impact on elevating the overall brand. The Creative Director will be the leader of creative strategy and activate the brand through all creative projects to drive all company goals. The Creative Director will not only be hands on in concepting, strategizing, and designing but will also lead and mentor a team of designers to drive innovative new ideas.
Creative Director Responsibilities:

• Manage the creative process from concept to completion
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and adhere to brand guidelines
• Fulfill branding needs and deadlines as required
• Translate marketing and company objectives into clear creative strategies
• Manage a team of 5-7 designers and copywriters
• Develop effective working relationships and manage all creative design projects cross-functionally across internal teams and external vendors
• Adhere to guidelines for preparing print-ready files
• Lead the creative team by interviewing, training, mentoring, reviewing work, and providing feedback for team members
• Responsible for the strategy, ideation, and conception of graphic elements for print and digital marketing needs
• Implement project management tools and processes for the creative team to ensure efficiency and time management
• Create a culture of excellence by providing guidance and mentorship to designers

Creative Director Qualifications:

• A keen eye for aesthetics and details
• Understanding of print-ready files and print methods
• Management/mentorship experience
• A strong portfolio of print and digital work
• Degree in Design, Fine Arts, Advertising or related field.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage timelines
• Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• 5+Years in a similar role, healthcare adjacent or agency experience a plus
