Position: Bilingual Market Sales Manager
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Experience:
- Five (5) to ten (10) years’ leadership/management experience
- Minimum three (3) years’ experience conducting sales presentations and trainings to a variety of stakeholders
- Three (3) to five (5) years’ experience in Medicare Advantage sales in Southern California
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Valid California Medicare Sales Life/Health Insurance license required or must be willing to obtain a (company-sponsored) state health/life insurance license within 60 days of hire
Type: Full-time; Direct Hire
Schedule: M-F 8am to 5pm
Pay: $80k/yr

:
- Lead by surpassing standards, managing details.
- Partner with Tele-Sales and community for outreach.
- Stay updated on trends, represent the company, manage expenses.
- Coach, review, ensure compliance, and collaborate with Marketing.
- Develop and execute sales plans with partners.
- Collaborate across teams for effective goal achievement.
- Perform other assigned duties.
- Travel up to 65% within the market.
- Execute distribution strategy with consultants and partners.
- Drive multilingual sales growth from Agencies/Brokers/Internal Field Sales, hitting targets.
- Mentor field sales, monitor member growth, and retain relationships.
- Foster a growth mindset through innovative lead generation and decision-making.
Position Requirements:
- Solid knowledge of Medicare Sales, Marketing Compliance, and Medicare Advantage sales processes
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and insurance required with clean driving record
- Detail oriented, organized, strong decision making and problem solving skills
- Exceptional written and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Must be Bilingual in English and Korean, Vietnamese, or Chinese
- Must live in/within commutable distance to assigned geographic market(s)
