Job Description
This is a remote position.


Our client, an international IT staffing company, is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Sr. Business Development Executive. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and building relationships with prospective clients. You will play a critical role in the sales team by working closely with the BD Director and other team members to achieve revenue goals and drive business growth. This is a remote position and requires a self-starter who is comfortable working independently.

Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and quotas
  • Conduct sales demos, presentations, and virtual meetings to educate prospects about the benefits of the company's services
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team
  • Negotiate and close deals with new clients and manage and upsell existing accounts
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and industry events to improve sales skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with the recruiting team to understand clients' hiring needs and provide tailored IT recruitment solutions
  • Utilize CRM and sales tools to track sales performance, pipeline, and client information
  • Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscape to identify new sales opportunities
  • Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach
KPIs:


  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction or Net Promoter Score (NPS)
  • Keep accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions in a CRM (HubSpot)
  • Meet or exceed monthly or quarterly revenue targets
  • Meet or exceed the minimum number of sales meetings per week or month
  • Sign 2-4 new accounts/clients per month, generating 10+ open IT roles to fill per month


Requirements


  • Be comfortable working remotely and across different time zones
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
  • Understanding of different IT roles, technologies, and programming languages
  • Knowledge of the IT recruiting industry and recruitment processes
  • Understanding of HR processes and procedures related to recruitment
  • Results-driven and goal-oriented mindset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM (HubSpot) and sales software to track leads and generate opportunities
  • Respect for diversity and inclusion and ability to work with people from various backgrounds
  • 5+ years of full sales cycle experience in IT Staffing, IT Outsourcing, IT Nearshoring, IT Recruiting or IT Management Consulting is required
  • Established book of business with HRD/CTO/CIO is a plus
  • Excellent proficiency in generating leads, managing accounts, meeting and exceeding sales targets, negotiating and closing deals
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn for networking and lead generation
