Job Description

We are Fit City Adventures, a corporate lifestyle concierge company that provides unique adventures, fitness classes, recreational activities, wellness experiences, and virtual team events for groups that want to take team building to the next level. We help our clients release endorphins and make memories that last a lifetime. Join our fit, fun, fast-paced, active crew for corporate group adventures, from meditations, yoga, and sound baths to hikes, ebikes, and surfing.

The Sales Market Leader is responsible for working directly with the CEO and Sales team (Sales Operations Manager & Marketing Operations Coordinator) to drive sales through inbound and outbound sales coordination, including warm and cold lead outreach. The Sales Market Leader will support the CEO with proposals, contracts, email outreach, booking sales calls and tracking sales tasks and metrics. Additional project work may include setting up virtual and in-person sales showcases, making menu of services updates to sales materials and tools, arranging future partnership discussions, completing vendor research and web site sales enhancements, helping to put this start-up on the map in a big way as we set our sights to expand into new national markets.



  • Seek out new, exciting, cutting-edge activities and vendors that align with the Fit City brand and their corporate clients to include in quarterly sales deck.
  • Proposal development in Dubsado
  • Follow up and track all sales metrics, manage the sales pipeline (HubSpot) and sales proposal board (Monday.com)
  • Support the CEO & Sales Ops Manager in planning quarterly virtual showcases and bi-annual in-person showcase for clients and potential clients
  • Day-to-day tasks include:
  • Utilize the Kennected.org tool and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to drive sales and meetings
  • Oversee networking opportunity events and organizational sponsorship calendar to drive sales
  • Support proposal development including creation of new packages and templates with updates images and programs (Dubsado)
  • Manage warm lead outreach campaigns to target audiences like event planners and HR managers to drive sales. Work with LeadGen specialist on cold leads and retargeting campaigns, to increase booked meetings numbers and qualified leads
  • Book sales meetings and sit in on / watch recording (HubSpot & Zoom)
  • Sales oversight with Linkedin (Sales Navigator & Kennected.org)
  • Enter and send client proposals, contracts and invoices with assistance and review from the CEO/Sales Ops Manager (Dubsado)
  • Sales oversight in HubSpot

  • Lead time to close and average touches to close
  • Total monthly revenue to target & gross profit
  • Contracts closed, contract amount & closed ratio
  • Sales pipeline value
