Compensation
$120,000 - $150,000 + bonuses
Responsibilities:Lead our sales team from the front! Fully own the leadership of the team and ensure we hit department goals. Develop and improve our unique sales scripts and processes.Challenge our sales team and inspire GROWTH.Once our foundation is solid, you will lead our Seller Success team recruitment efforts. Provide and enforce the process to the rest of the team.Consistently train and role-play with the Seller Success department.Find innovative ways to improve our Seller’s customer journey. Whatever else comes up to achieve our goals!Qualifications:2+ years in residential real estate, with an emphasis on selling.1+ years in a consumer-focused sales leadership role with documented proof of success.1+ years experience in personal direct-to-consumer sales.
