Creative Director - Global Growth

Summary

We are looking for a Youtube Genius, specialising in Fiction storytelling, to lead our Global Growth expansion initiatives. A Creative intrapreneur who can own the team KPIs and drive Business Goal.

Who are you:

• Someone who knows that the audience's attention is like gold fish.
• Understanding of both Live Action and Animation is a huge plus.
• Have strong network of Agencies and Creative talent who can translate the vision and objective seamlessly.
• Have extensively created path breaking content for global audience with expertise in understanding of United States market.
• Led content development and execution with a clear focus on audience retention across Digital Mediums, especially YouTube.
• Have set up atleast one Content Studio/Production house and understand the nuances of production like a hawk.
• 10+ years of dynamic experience in Creative direction and content production.
• Strong grip on storytelling across genres, with a penchant for Drama and Fanatsy

What you’ll do:

• Own end to end ideation and execution of High Quality video assets to meet the business goals. These will be long form videos with focus on retention. This may include screenplay, cast, creative direction, post production etc
• Research on new ideas to identify unique ways of selling our top shows and increasing the their reach
• Plan and handle multiple projects with a clear execution plan as per the timelines
• Adhere to Facebook and Google Policies for video ads while executing the projects
• Understand PocketFM's mission and vision, developing a deep understanding of what works for our advertisements and why
• Build a network of agencies/vendors/productions houses/creative talent globally to drive our video content efforts
• Lead mid to high budget experiments with a deep understanding of performance metrics and increase the return on investment
