We are currently seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Human Resources Manager to lead and revolutionize several key areas within our HR Consulting organization. As a leader in this role, you'll have the unique opportunity to shape the future of HR services and enhance the overall experience of our valued caregivers and team members.
Responsibilities
Strategic Visionary: Develop and lead the strategy and planning for continuous improvement of HR Consulting and Caregiver Relations Consulting service models. This includes designing systems architecture and leveraging technology to support our strategic plan, with a particular focus on ServiceNow.
Enhanced User Experience: Design and implement the operating model and end user experience within the HR Consulting group and throughout the organization. Your innovative and integrated services will ensure a seamless and engaging experience for our executives, physicians, core leaders, caregivers, and Field HR teams.
Collaborative HR Leadership: Work closely with CHROs, Field HR, and COE leadership to identify opportunities for process streamlining, standardization, and modernization within the HR Consulting/Caregiver Relations Consulting functions.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize analytical insights to drive data-driven decision-making, optimize operational performance, and deliver outstanding results for the HR Consulting and Caregiver Relations teams.
Champion for Caregivers: Develop and implement new initiatives that further support and empower our valued caregivers and core leaders. At our organization, caregivers are not just valued; they are truly invaluable.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
8 years of experience in general human resources or equivalent work experience at the exempt level, ideally in a multi-state/location service line of business.
5 years of experience in Employee Relations, labor relations, ADAAA, and leaves of absence.
3 years of experience leading projects and setting performance criteria, guidelines, and systems.
Preferred Qualifications
Master's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
3 years of leadership experience.
