Position Overview: Scholarships Program Coordinator
Our Scholarship Programs team is responsible for understanding and navigating the legislative landscape that governs our products, particularly scholarships and funding programs. We collaborate closely with various teams to ensure that our products meet requirements and are continually enhanced. You will play a vital role in implementing the strategic and operational agendas of our Scholarships Programs Department.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Scholarship Program Director to develop and implement strategic plans and policies.
Provide essential support to the Program Director and team leaders in daily operations.
Serve as the primary point of contact for program-related inquiries from applicants, recipients, and external stakeholders.
Conduct research and draft materials as needed.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance, financial reporting, and effective communication.
Assist in the selection and award process, including managing review committees.
Prepare program reports and presentations for leadership and external partners.
Maintain accurate and confidential program databases.
Coordinate program-related events, workshops, and training sessions.
Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by gathering feedback and suggesting enhancements.
Develop partnerships with external parties to enhance customer experience.
Analyze and present data to aid decision-making.
Stay informed about legislative changes and best practices in program administration.
Minimum Qualifications
3-5 years of leadership support experience.
Strong communication skills, including with senior leaders and board members.
Exceptional decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
Experience in process management and improvement.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Commitment to organizational values and confidentiality.
Desired Skills
Ability to advise leadership and improve processes.
Proficiency in Word, Excel, Smartsheet, and other MS Office programs.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
