Job Description
Are you a dedicated professional with a solid grasp of medical terminology, excellent customer service skills, and telephonic experience? We are currently seeking a Case Management Processor to join our team in a fully remote capacity. Our work hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm PST.

As a Case Management Processor, you will play a vital role in our team by:
Conducting telephonic health assessments for pregnancy members.
Providing valuable support to the Case Management staff, contributing to the department's smooth functioning.
Undertaking initial review and triage of Case Management tasks.
Collaborating with Case Managers to implement care plans by identifying principal member needs from reviewed data.
Applying company policies and processes to screen members, assisting clinical Case Management staff in identifying suitable medical services.
Coordinating necessary services in alignment with member benefit plans.
Enhancing case management services by facilitating effective communication both internally and externally (e.g., with healthcare providers and team members).
Generating informative reports to aid in the coordination of case management requirements.
Assisting case management team members by addressing telephone inquiries, taking messages, and conducting research.
Job Requirements
We Are Seeking Candidates Who Possess The Following Qualities
Exceptional customer service skills, with an ability to manage service delivery, address concerns, and proactively resolve issues to achieve positive outcomes.
Demonstrated aptitude for communication, problem-solving, and collaborative teamwork.
Proficiency in medical terminology and abbreviations.
Analytical thinking and creative problem-solving abilities.
Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration within a team.
High regard for maintaining confidentiality.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Capable of working independently and collaboratively.
PC proficiency in a Windows environment, with accurate data entry skills of at least 40 WPM.
Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
Skill in establishing and nurturing positive work relationships with colleagues, clients, providers, and customers.
Required Education
High School Diploma or G.E.D.
