We are a dedicated team, responsible for providing comprehensive administration of Human Resources activities, fostering staff relations, and nurturing employee training and development across our 13 offices with over 200 remarkable people. Your leadership will play a pivotal role in promoting a positive and inclusive work culture, and you will have the chance to collaborate closely with our talented team members and community partners.
Qualifications
We're looking for someone exceptional, and we believe your journey should include:
A Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent education and experience)
Highly desirable SHRM certification
At least five years of experience in human resources, with a minimum of two years in a supervisory capacity
The ability to work harmoniously with our integrated leadership team and engage effectively with our diverse staff, clients, and community partners
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to facilitate open and transparent dialogue
A commitment to promoting justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion initiatives
A steadfast dedication to maintaining confidentiality and upholding our vision, mission, and values

Your Journey Begins
As the Human Resources Director, you'll have the flexibility to work from our administrative office in Eugene or remotely, within 30 miles of our Salem or Portland office. We're committed to providing you with the necessary tools and equipment, including computer hardware, software, and a cell phone. You'll also enjoy the freedom to work hybrid remotely, with occasional travel to various Options locations.
