Your Role
As a Business Analyst, you'll be a vital bridge between our business goals and cutting-edge solutions. Your blend of business acumen and technical prowess will empower you to craft effective, scalable, and flexible solutions that meet our cross-functional needs. In this role, you'll foster relationships with end-users, developers, and stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
What You'll Do
Elevate our brand with impactful business and portfolio analytics, crafting monthly and quarterly reports that tell a compelling story.
Dive into data to uncover insights, comparing actuals to plans and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with teams across the organization – from Marketing to Finance to Supply Chain – to drive alignment and consensus on projections and assumptions.
Champion change management, anticipating stakeholder needs and guiding efficient processes.
Drive adjustments to enhance demand plans by analyzing sales trends across regions and markets.
Your Background
You hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or Engineering.
Your 3-5 years of experience in business analysis or applications have sharpened your skills.
You're well-versed in tools like Tableau, Alteryx, and SAP, giving you a tech-savvy edge.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, are your second nature.
Your knowledge of the consumer packaged goods (CPG) landscape sets you apart.
