Finance And Grants Manager - Remote | Wfh

We are looking for a talented and experienced Finance and Grants Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing financial oversight and support for our organization's grant programs. You will work closely with program managers, the Executive Director, and our fiscal services provider to ensure that our grants are managed effectively and in compliance with all regulations.
Responsibilities
Provide financial oversight and support for our organization's grant programs
Work closely with program managers to ensure that grant expenses are allowable and appropriate
Track and report on grant spending
Prepare and submit grant reports to funders
Manage grant budgets
Negotiate and renew vendor contracts
Provide fiscal support for other projects and initiatives
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
5+ years of experience in grant management
Strong understanding of nonprofit accounting and financial reporting
Experience with grant regulations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
