About the Role: Creative Designer
At our agency, Creative Designers play an integral role in propelling our clients to success. As a Creative Designer, you'll be at the forefront of establishing brand standards and shaping the creative direction of our campaigns. We're seeking someone with a solid foundation in visual design, an expansive artistic sensibility, and an unwavering passion for collaborative creativity.

Job Duties And Competencies

Present and articulate design concepts to both internal teams and clients.
Expertly convey the reasoning behind your design choices.
Demonstrate flexibility by working unconventional hours when needed, proactively addressing potential issues, and maintaining effective communication.
Thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight timelines and frequent deadlines.
Resize and adapt layouts based on approved design concepts, catering to various formats.
Execute diverse tactics, including but not limited to billboards, direct mail, advertisements, digital graphics, and more.
Thoroughly review work for consistency, grammatical accuracy, spelling, and graphic precision.
Collaborate with external agencies and printers to complete projects.
Ensure the quality and timeliness of your work.
Gain endorsement for your work through productive collaboration with brand ambassadors.
Master branding guidelines for multiple clients.
Foster innovative ideas and fresh campaign concepts.
Stay updated on contemporary design trends and technological advancements through online courses, workshops, and professional resources.
Technical Expertise
Mastery of logo and brand development, and adeptness in creating brand systems.
In-depth understanding of technical design principles, including color modes, final file formats, and the application of different file types.
Proficiency in preparing files for print/prepress and digital output.
Exceptional control over typography and hierarchy.
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (primarily AI, IND, PS, XD) and Microsoft Office suite.
Familiarity with project management and communication tools (such as Asana, Forecast, Slack).
Bonus skills include experience with email services, animation, photography, and various design software.
Communication And Teamwork
Effective communication skills, whether online or in person.
Skill in assessing personal and team workloads and communicating time and deadline requirements.
Capacity to provide and receive constructive feedback and self-evaluate.
Fluidly transition between different tasks and workflows, supporting, training, and assessing as needed.

Qualifications
5–7 years of relevant experience.
Preferred: Bachelor's Degree (Equivalent experience will be considered)
Experience in team leadership or training is a plus.
Travel
Occasional travel, up to 10% may be required.
