Job description:

• Conduct Joint Application Development sessions (JAD), which helps synchronize the different stakeholders on the objectives and helps the developers to have a clear picture.
• Create project plans, tracking and communicating project status, and milestones with the Project Manager and Supervisor.
• Prepare Functional specifications document for the project primarily for the user stories and giving insights about the functionalities.
• Conduct elicitation techniques like document analysis to understand the requirements and create functional documents.
• Create Project initiation & overview documents and established Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM).
• Refine and prioritize product backlog, writing functional user Stories and gathering requirements.
• Facilitate Scrum meetings with technical/non-technical team members, SMEs to clarify business rules & solve impediments and translate functional requirements into user stories.
• Facilitate Joint Requirements, Planning Sessions to identify functional User stories that includes business rules/routing logic and then document it for the review.
• Perform a GAP analysis and the document analysis on the existing system and the documents to identify the solution for the problem statement that has been identified.

Minimum Education necessary to perform the above responsibilities: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing, Business Studies, Management, Operations Management or a related area or a combination of education and experience equating to the U.S. equivalent of a Bachelor’s degree in one of the aforementioned subjects.
