Business Analyst- Data and Analytics

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our clients and our technical teams. You will be responsible for documenting functional and system specifications, facilitating meetings with cross-functional teams and ensuring effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

You will be responsible for:

• Document functional and system specifications to support project requirements. • Utilize expertise in ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to ensure efficient data integration. • Act as a client-facing representative, building and maintaining strong client relationships. • Perform data reconciliation activities to ensure data accuracy and integrity. • Independently collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements. • Develop process flows and workflows using tools like Visio. • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams. • Facilitate meetings with cross-functional teams to drive project success. • Leverage 5-8 years of experience to enhance processes and workflows. • Work in a pharmaceutical environment, understanding industry-specific challenges and requirements.

About you:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field (Master's degree preferred). • 5-8 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with diverse teams. • Proficiency in developing process flows and system documentation using Visio or similar tools. • Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a significant advantage. • Client-facing experience with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships. • Familiarity with ETL processes and tools (e.g., Dataiku, Databricks, Alteryx) is a plus. • SQL proficiency for data analysis is a plus.
