Compensation: $65,000-85,000 DOE

Location: Lakewood, Colorado

[TITLE]: Business Analyst

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Business Analyst to join their team!

Business Analyst is responsible for bridging the gap between IT and the business using relationship building skills to build relationships, process analysis skills to assess business processes, determine technical and operational requirements and deliver data-driven recommendations and updates to business and IT leaders and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with business users to understand the needs to be supported by the information systems and technology to facilitate the implementation of new or improved business processes
• Partner with Stakeholders and the ERP team to conduct needs assessments, gather requirements, and identify application solution completeness
• Document business processes and systems

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 3-5 years of experience supporting and analyzing merchandising and supply chair organizations
• 3-5 years of experience in WMS/OMS Systems (JESTA IS, Oracle/NetSuite, Manhattan Associates, etc.)

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• SQL Skills
• JIRA & Confluence
