Business Analyst Jobs

The Business Analyst role will be responsible for all Product Reporting including deployment customer notification data, STB counts, House Hold counts, and quality KPI metrics analysis. The role will also focus on process mapping, trending analytics, Video Guide Quality, metrics, and preparing technical documentation. They will assist the Video Technical Delivery project team in various capacities through all stages of the software development and release cycle. They will assist in process improvement by analyzing business partners operations to understand strengths and weaknesses to determine opportunities to automate processes and functions. As well they will collaborate with management in reporting systems development and design and provide recommendations to management personnel. They will also assist in business process redesign and documentation for Video Technical Delivery.

Qualifications:

• Experience performing business analysis across a variety of industries, business functions and technologies

• Data Analytics, or equivalent experience demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

• Demonstrated communication skills both written and verbal

• Proven experience and passion for leveraging data to drive business impact

• Ability to speak to large groups with excellent presentation skills

• Ability to perform critical thinking in the area of data analysis with advanced analytical skills

• Demonstrated team and relationship building skills

• High attention to detail and quality

• Ability to work independently, effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects/assignments

• Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to understand complex business processes and rules, as well as gain business acumen to become subject matter expert

• Demonstrated strong understanding of Atlassian tools (Jira/Confluence) and Smartsheet

• Experience with Tableau and Microstrategy

• Ability to prioritize and organize effectively and manage multiple projects/assignments
