Requirements

• Knowledge of standard, out of the box, Salesforce functionality.
• Business Analysis experience (strong w/ leading requirements sessions and advising our stakeholders).
• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce (sales or service cloud).
• Experience writing user stories.
