Job Title: Management Analyst / Business Analyst

Create Project initiation & overview documents and established Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM).

Conduct elicitation techniques like document analysis to understand the requirements and create functional documents.

Refine and prioritize product backlog, writing functional user Stories and gathering requirements.

Create project plans, tracking and communicating project status, and milestones with the Project Manager and Supervisor.

Prepare Functional specifications document for the project primarily for the user stories and giving insights about the functionalities.

Budgeting Revenue and Compensation: Support the internal budgeting process and helping meet requirements of Jefferies senior management

Strong Excel, PowerPoint & database management skills

Prior experience in finance/banking is preferred

Strong technical, written and verbal communication skills

Proven ability to multitask and manage a variety of projects simultaneously

Must have 1-2 years work experience in financial services industry

Strong process and project management skills, including experience with creating and delivering presentations to senior management

Create, execute or analyze basic test scenarios to verify that client requirements are built into system design

Knowledge of criminal investigation, auditing and accounting procedures.

Minimum of two years Medicaid experience or other health care experience.

Experience in utilization review or fraud and abuse detection services preferred.

Experience in claims resolution preferred.

Supports business management projects by documenting risks, issues and action items.

Manage scorecard development and maintenance

2+ years of experience in banking or financial institution.

Fraud operations/analysis experience in banking or financial institution.

Implements policies and procedures in support of the business area strategy.
