Your role

Do you have experience working in Finance? Do you enjoy working on projects in both an independent and team environment?

We are looking for a Business Analyst that will help support the delivery of a strategic change program for our Wealth Management business.

Your team

In this role, you will support the Risk & Supervisory Tools team in Weehawken to identify and lead strategic initiatives for the firm, provide reporting to senior management and liaise with business and IT counterparts. You must have a strong background in business analysis and be a self-starter. Persistence and drive is key for success in this role.

Your expertise

• Identify automation opportunities
• Analysis and interpretation of the complex entity data, leveraging technical skillset to document discoveries ; write clear and well-structured business requirements/documents
• Perform data discovery, analysis and modeling; create data mappings between various systems
• Develop and maintain reporting tools; create reports, dashboards and visualizations to understand business performance
• Test business processes and recommend improvements
• Ability to work as a self-starter in unstructured environments
• Gather and analyze data for potential business enhancement; influence stakeholders to support business projects
• Coordinate with different departmental teams to produce better business outcomes
• 5+ years of Financial Services experience
• Communicate and validate requirements with relevant stakeholders
• Knowledge of SQL, Alteryx/SAS and Tableau
• Deep dive and assessment of the complex problems, development of a practical solution
