Lead Document Controller - 1364299

RightWorks is seeking an experienced, bilingual (English and Korean) Leading Document Controller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture or construction and be well-versed in document control and team management.
Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver training materials on document management systems for team members and subcontractors
• Review and control the creation and submission of design and construction documents
• Consult with clients and subcontractors to set up the document management system (ProjectSight)
• Establish and maintain files, logs, and systems, utilizing Excel and ProjectSight/Trimble platforms
• Coordinate and maintain project document management tasks in line with design team document control criteria
• Lead and manage a design document team of 4-5 members
• Provide simple interpretation and translation support for meetings, as needed
• Produce and analyze reports, statistics, schedules, tables, graphs, responses, and presentations
• Proactively monitor and adjust project documents and computer filing structures
• Review drafted and completed documents for proper grammar and language use

Qualifications:

• Bilingual in English and Korean languages
• Experience working in an architectural or construction company is a plus
• Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and database software
• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college program preferred
• Familiarity with project management and document tracking systems preferred
• Minimum of five years of experience in the architectural or construction profession
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written
• Prior experience with ProjectSight/Trimble systems preferred
