Controller (Payments) Jobs

Responsibilities

• Manage audit process with external auditors and tax professionals
• Review cash disbursement transactions monthly to determine appropriate allocations to general ledger account and distribution to various budget categories
• Keep transfer pricing documentation current
• Ensure accounting records are in accordance with GAAP and corporate policy
• Prepare monthly tax payments and reports for North American operation
• Manage Finance and Administration team members
• Manage accounts payable, receivable, budgeting, planning, financial reporting and general ledger activities
• Manage special projects assigned by upper management
• Provide monthly financial statement reporting and analysis, cash flow analysis, budgeting and forecasting

Qualifications/Skills/Experience

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• 10+ years of general accounting management
• CPA
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• External audit experience
• IFRS knowledge
• Knowledge of software industry
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Strong analytical and technical accounting skills

• Flexible/Remote working available
• U.S. – Corporate Offices based in Dallas, TX
