Junior Production Manager Jobs

Sundae School is looking for a detail oriented, experienced Junior Production Manager who strives for excellence in a fast-paced Fashion and Cannabis industry. In this role, you will leverage your proactive communication skills to keep great professional relationships with suppliers and manufacturers within the apparel industry. You will utilize your extensive knowledge of the production process to effectively communicate with local and overseas manufacturers under ethical standards. We look for people with a "prove by doing" mentality that thrives on accountability and exceeding benchmarks.

This is a Part-Time position with potential for a Full-Time position at our office in Lower East Side, NY.

Hybrid Workplace: Requiring all employees to work from the office 3 days per week.

Starting Rate: $20 - 25/hr

Key Deliverables and Responsibilities:

• Daily communication with the design team to update on production, and revise CADs and samples as necessary
• Weekly Reports of Samples + Production in progress
• Assist with Taking tech packs from the Design Team to the manufacturers to make samples & produce bulk
• Daily communication with manufacturers to make sure the sample is according to the design, and the production is within the timeline production timeline fits
• Managing transfer of samples from KR to US/ US to China
• Sourcing New Vendors
• Stick to production development calendar
• Project Managing bulk order production & timeline and communicating with the team

Requirements

• Proficiency in adobe suites - reading, revising and making detailed tech packs
• Must be Fluent in written and spoken Korean and English (bonus if you can also speak Chinese) (Reading, Writing, & Speaking)
• 2+ years in Garment Production
• Understanding and Knowledge of Garments and different production specs related to production
