Job Description

APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS:

  • Positive mindset, curiosity, proactivity, and strong problem solving skills
  • Willing to be hands-on and flexible, willing to help other group members with their tasks as needed
  • Rising Senior in Bachelors Program in any NYC-based school (The New School, FIT, Pratt, SVA, NYU, Columbia, etc.)
  • Maintain relational and organizational skills and aptitude for team working, but also ability to work independently and under stress


RESPONSIBILITIES:

*Your responsibilities will encompass various tasks, which include, but are not limited to:

  • Organizing a general timeline and ensure the entire team is on schedule
  • Working closely with each member on the director team to sustain a good communication and accurate progress updates throughout
  • Taking the role of head producer of any editorial photoshoots, videos related to DIALECTIVE 2024 Runway Showcase (recruiting creatives/crew members/models, creative consulting with photographer/stylist/videographer/MU&H, making call sheets, being on set to monitor the entire production etc.)
  • Collaborating with the Director of Communication with any promotional/social media content that requires graphics/graphic design
  • Drafting meeting agenda for team meetings and syllabus for official designer meetings
