Production Manager Jobs

Are you a production leader with strong experience in developing and leading teams? Do you enjoy working collaboratively to develop production growth strategies, and aggressively execute the deployment of resources to meet delivery needs? If directing the only production team in the world with FAA approval to manufacture 3D printed, structural titanium parts sounds like a dream come true, then let’s talk!

In this role, you can expect to:

• Support Continuous Improvement and Change Management in a scale-up environment
• Provide effective leadership and guidance to the production function, leading initiatives to address the team’s performance; activity planning; recruitment, retention and succession planning; employee engagement and satisfaction; etc.
• Support executional strategy of new markets and products for the business unit to ensure long-term sustainable growth; proposes and implements operating systems, procedures and controls to maximize efficiency of production and protect company assets
• Develop and implement production plans, including staffing schedules, procedures, and controls to ensure long-term goals are met

Who you are:

• Progressive, demonstrated experience in Leadership roles
• Minimum 5 years' experience in Manufacturing sector, preferably in a startup environment
• Experience in Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement
• Skills in aerospace sector or additive manufacturing preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Management; MBA preferred
• Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, staff, control and direct projects using tools and techniques associated with risk, and schedule management
