Junior Production Art Associate Jobs

Understanding and Knowledge of Garments and different production specs related to production

Assist with Taking tech packs from the Design Team to the manufacturers to make samples & produce bulk

Daily communication with the design team to update on production, and revise CADs and samples as necessary

Managing transfer of samples from KR to US/ US to China

Project Managing bulk order production & timeline and communicating with the team

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in multimedia design, or similar

Experience working at an advertising agency or design firm

Experience working in software packages including Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

Education or experience working in the fields of Advertising, Marketing, Fashion, Art, Sports, or Entertainment

Agency experience is a plus, but not required.

Plan and art direct remote photography shoots for craft patterns (still life only) as needed.

2-3 years of relevant experience in the consumer goods industry including experience planning and executing fashion photoshoots.

Experience designing for Mass Market Major Retailers is a plus.

Help plan photography shoots and final designs (packaging, product pages, editorial, etc.)

Visualize and execute set designs for photography shoots.

Build customized props, backdrops, and sets for photography shoots.

Be ready to learn new stuff every day and to gain experience on real projects with real budgets

Zero to two years of agency experience or internships in advertising or digital production

Has strong analytical skills, with attention to accuracy and detail.

Can manage multiple tasks and projects effectively to meet deadlines.

Create campaigns of TV spots, websites, digital, mobile, radio, and other

Talk to clients when necessary and, more importantly, listen to them, too

Communicate effectively between inhouse and outsourced teams to ensure knowledge is transmitted effectively across all team members.

Strong written and oral communication skills.

Planning, execution, and follow-up skills required to ensure tight deadlines are met.

Check and approve technical proofs before they go into production.

Ensure proofs templates are created to be efficient for overseas teams to use.

Assist in training and improving our overseas technical art teams.
