Freelance Junior / Production Designer [ 71395]

Onward Search needs a Freelance Junior / Production Designer for a leading media and publishing company.

You’ll join the Consumer Revenue team to focus on digital production.

As a Freelance Junior / Production Designer you’ll:

• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and project stakeholders to ensure consistency and quality across all assets.
• Provide support in creating marketing materials across digital channels (email, paid social, site ads, order pages, etc.) and printed materials.
• Ensure all materials are designed within brand guidelines and standards.

Skills & Experience needed:

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, etc.
• An elevated design aesthetic complementary to Conde Nast's portfolio of brands
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of design.
• Experience working with G Suite and Project Management tools such as Basecamp and Airtable.
• 2-3+ years of experience in graphic design or a related field.
• Experience in marketing, advertising or ecommerce a plus.
• An understanding of direct response best practices and how design influences consumers to take an action
• Animation and motion capabilities are a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
