Collaborate with the team to understand the scripts and adapt them into visually appealing short video formats

Ensure that the videos are optimized for different platforms, including social media channels, to maximize engagement and reach.

Monitor the performance of the videos and analyze audience engagement data to make data-driven decisions for future video creation.

Demonstrated ability to convey complex narratives through concise and visually compelling storytelling.

Create large painterly natural environments, foliages, structures, vehicles, props, textures and materials.

Participate in playtesting and engage with team members in order to enhance the game through collaborative development.

A solid understanding of forms, shape language, design and composition.

A solid understanding of Retopology, UVs and baking techniques.

Strong analytical, time management, and multitasking skills.

In-depth knowledge of printing processes and software applications, including Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office.

Experience with digital content, such as social media, online advertising, and email campaigns.

Basic knowledge of web-development software, including HTML5 and Adobe After Effects.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Associates Degree or equivalent experience

Portfolio that demonstrates solid understanding and proficiency in 3D sculpting, modeling, texturing, and material creation skills for creating characters.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Working Knowledge of digital content creation to including animation

At least 2-4 years’ experience as a Digital Production Artist.

Must be proficient with latest Adobe software; specifically, Photoshop, After Effects, InDesign; and skilled in Illustrator, Premiere, Acrobat.

Working knowledge of HTML5, JavaScript, and Microsoft Office programs.

Adapt creative-concept layouts to varying aspect ratios and dimensions for regional-specific placements.

Create and maintain digital resources and guidelines to ensure quality and consistency.

Utilize third-party platforms and templates to build assets and add functionality to interactive content; and supply HTML5 assets when necessary.

Answers phones, processing non-standard sample requests, CRM data entry

Bachelor’s degree in related field and/or 1-3 years comparable experience

Solid computer program skills, including Excel/Numbers and Word/Pages and web-based applications

Knowledge of wood and/or manufacturing a plus

Provide support to Project Coordinators in all internal aspects of project production and coordination

Including, but not limited to, submittals, sales orders, invoicing and shipping documentation
