Junior Production Designer Jobs

Managing transfer of samples from KR to US/ US to China

4+ years minimum experience in a design production environment

A Successful Candidate Will Have The Following Experience...

Designing week over week asset packages based on a template system for a high visibility music event

Adjusting templates and staying on top of program updates and shifts

Optimizing digital images for download efficiency

Fulfilling multiple project requests while simultaneously meeting tight deadlines

Manage projects between print vendors, designers, and Operations team, to ensure approved artwork is being printed accurately and within specifications.

Will become an expert on technical, legal, and compliance requirements to be able to accurately review packaging.

Take ownership and proactive measures in daily job duties.

Five or more years of experience within a related field

Thorough knowledge and understanding of print production, graphic design, packaging, and page layout.

Press check experience a plus.

Experience with DAMs, project management software, printing

Strong analytical, time management, and multitasking skills

Create, manage, and organize product documentation with our cloud-based digital asset management system

Strong grammatical knowledge and experience with trademark and copyright usage

Proven work experience in production, graphic design, or similar

In-depth knowledge of Adobe CC, specifically InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop

Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines effectively.

Proven experience as a Production Designer or similar role, showcasing a strong portfolio of creative and professional designs.

Design and edit marketing collateral, packaging materials, digital assets, and other visual materials for the company's product lines.

Work alongside the manufacturer and handle communications with them.

Support the refresh for some of their brands.

Superior knowledge and skills with Figma and Adobe Creative; experience with Principle preferred

Takes ownership and initiative to identify gaps in current assets and offers recommendations for new content.

Ensures visual designs adhere to project requirements, objectives, and timelines upholding brand standards across all projects.

1-3 years design experience within the luxury/lifestyle space

Conceptual thinking and strong hands-on design skills

Knowledge of video editing and motion graphics a plus

Presents designs to project team and Senior Management to communicate vision and implementation of elements.

Confidence to communicate across all lines of business, with all levels of management.

Experience and knowledge of creative processes and best practices.

Maintain an understanding of industry trends and apply that knowledge to design assignments and in field art direction.

Assist Manager of Costumes with Design intent and costume design packets.

3+ years of professional creative work experience preferred.

Solid hand and computer drawing and drafting skills (Adobe Photo Shop, Illustrator, InDesign, Sketch up, AutoCAD).

Works with the Production Designers and Art Directors developing concepts via sketches, storyboards, and photo studies to communicate preliminary design ideas.

Partner with Designers and Project Managers to create assets for channels including Digital, Social, Product Marketing, and CRM.

Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design with at least 2 years of relevant experience.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Figma experience is a plus.

Work in the automation tool daily to develop and maintain templates that are implemented in our client's daily workflow.

Collaborate with overseas and domestic 3rd party vendors to enforce quality assurance on all outsourced digital assets.

Apply retouching skills to enhance visual elements.

Manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlines.

Organizational skills and attention to detail.

Knowledge of packaging design, printing, materials, and structure.

3-5 years of Production Design experience including retouches.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proven knowledge of Page Layout Design

Editorial, layout production, and social media graphics experience

Collaborate on text arrangement with established designs, following grids, hierarchy, and brand guidelines for web and print.

Assist in devising innovative design solutions.

Create final layouts for print, web, and social media platforms.

Maintain design quality and adhere to brand guidelines.

Attention to detail and problem solving skills

Effective verbal, written, and client communication skills

A portfolio of relevant experience

2+ years of relevant experience (internships or externships are OK)

A well-rounded knowledge of design layout, principals, and techniques

Strong knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign

Intentional design aesthetic and strong typographic skills

Experience creating marketing assets (in-house preferred)

Experience with Figma and animation a plus

Design creative and engaging marketing stories across brand channels: site, email, social, paid media, etc.

Work with creative teammates and cross-functional partners to bring campaigns to life

Maintain the brand aesthetic across the assets they touch

Strong organization and time management skills

Prepare for and lead design handouts by communicating overall direction, design requirements, and expected level of polish to the Design team

Previous experience in designing the look of intellectual property

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work with remote crew and independent contractors

Working knowledge of tools and software such as Cintiq, Adobe Suite, Maya or other applicable design software

Provide excellent customer service to stakeholders via strong communication, presentation, documentation, interpersonal and analytical skills .

Proven experience designing assets for retail, consumer brands, or marketing campaigns .

Experience using Google Workspace including Google Slides .

Experience preparing both physical production files for manufacturing and digital assets for multiple platforms.

Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build good working relationships .

Experience working with multiple languages and creating assets for multiple regions is a plus.

2+ years of related work experience, internal or external agency experience preferred.

Execute high-quality, print-ready mechanicals for packaging, displays, collateral, and more.

Adhere to file naming and creative server structures.
