Tatari is on a mission to revolutionize TV advertising. We work with some of your favorite disruptor brands—like Calm, Fiverr, and OneWheel—to grow their business through linear and streaming TV. We combine a sophisticated media buying platform with proprietary analytics to turn TV advertising into an automated, digital-like experience.
- Drive leads, grow pipeline, push deal progression, and meet sales quotas
- Effectively communicate with management regarding pipeline, activities, customer needs, and other business opportunities
- Deliver compelling and polished sales presentations and utilize effective sales techniques in order to influence target customers
- Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement them
- Utilize your product and industry expertise to understand the clients' agenda/needs, and identify ways Tatari’s proprietary measurement approach can enhance their business performance
- Brand-direct sellers are primarily focused on conquesting existing TV advertisers or high-growth digitally native advertisers.
- Agency-focused sellers will be required to navigate both independent agencies and large holding companies, while working closely with the Client Services and Media Buying teams to help strategically scale existing agency relationships.
- Understand the mindset of performance/growth marketers
- Negotiate business terms with senior executives and clients
- Strong understanding of statistical principles
- Solid understanding of TV buying and measurement landscape, for both linear and streaming; bonus for digital advertising
- Preferred, but not required, to have deep relationships with key Agency decision makers at both independent agencies & large holding companies.
- Bachelor’s degree and/or relevant industry experience
- Experience with CRM software is a plus (we use Hubspot)
- 5+ years in sales-oriented role driving new business
- 2+ years of B2B digital or TV advertising sales experience
- Ability to navigate complex organizations.
- Demonstrated past success achieving quarterly and yearly growth revenue targets
- Strong sense of ownership, self-motivated, driven and able to work independently as well as fostering a collaborative environment
- Ability to manage fast moving clients to quickly grow the business
