Business Development Coordinator - Remote

Job Summary:
The Business Development Coordinator is responsible for generating new business development and sales leads through disciplined and persistent outbound phone and email contact; maintaining accurate and updated facility data and contact information in Salesforce; maintaining accurate outbound communication logs in Salesforce; and providing timely and reliable general administrative support for Chief Development Officer and other members of the executive team as needed.
Essential Functions:

• Review trade journals, periodicals, internet, media, etc. on a regular basis to identify/stay abreast of industry trends/changes
• Meet or exceed goals for call volume as well as for monthly and annual qualified leads
• Proactively call hospitals nationwide to generate sales leads, schedule calls, and collect and record data necessary to identify and target sales prospects for marketing and outreach
• Assist in coordination and participation in industry conferences and trade shows (travel expectation up to approximately 10%)
• Demonstrate and maintain a proficient understanding of all service lines
• Follow a sales process workflow to include routine scheduled calls to identify and follow-up with prospects, and a routine cadence of follow-up to mass mailer recipient statistics
