Position: Junior HR Associate - 9-Month Contract
Duration: 9 Months
Job Overview: As a Junior HR Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR department in various tasks and projects. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals interested in pursuing a career in Human Resources and gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic work environment.
Compensation: We offer an attractive hourly pay rate ranging from $20 to $24 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications. This position also includes weekly pay, ensuring you receive your compensation promptly.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and share information on HR Solutions products to meet clients' immediate and long-term needs.
- Respond to client inquiries through email support.
- Communicate effectively with clients through inbound and outbound channels.
- Ensure adherence to internal policies and minimize risk.
- Participate in HR projects to enhance knowledge and experience.
- Provide proactive and consultative support to educate clients on HR tools and best practices.
- Stay updated on various HR areas, including employment laws and regulations.
- Schedule training and meetings with clients as required.
- Address client inquiries on HR topics, including compliance, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and more.
Qualifications:
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR software is desirable.
Note: This is a temporary contract position with a duration of 9 months.
