Part of the Interparfums group founded in 1982, Interparfums USA develops, manufactures and distributes prestige perfumes and cosmetics as the exclusive worldwide licensee for Abercrombie & Fitch, Anna Sui, Donna Karan, DKNY, Dunhill, Graff, GUESS, Hollister, MCM, Oscar de la Renta, Salvatore Ferragamo and Ungaro. Through its global distribution network, the Company’s products are sold in over 120 countries.
Our growing company is currently seeking a Jr Ecommerce Manager - USA responsible for day-to-day coordination, monitoring & execution of ecommerce operations in the DOTCOM Department, reporting into the Ecommerce Director.
Key Responsibilities
- In charge of A/B testing listings within Amazon Vendor Central & reporting on results
- Conduct research on what similar brands are doing on social media to provide actionable suggestions
- Analyze retail sales regularly & provide actionable steps in areas of growth opportunities
- Develop presentation decks as needed
- Create and maintain assets for product launches, A+ content and Brand Stores
- Identify, track & eliminate 3P sellers and report violations on Amazon Brand Registry daily
- Monitor search results and provide analysis on retail price and competition
- Open, respond and track support tickets on Amazon Vendor Central
- Responsible for new item setups as well as monitoring the item assortment on Amazon Vendor Central to ensure listings are optimized for search and conversion
- Update inventory forecast monthly based on recent sales performance
- Create & Schedule Amazon Posts for Brand Stores
- Monitor customer reviews and provide ongoing analysis
- Compile & analyze the data needed for retail sales, inventory analysis, inventory analysis, WD20
Required Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be able to work legally in the U.S.
- Proficient skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- An entrepreneurial spirit.
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat).
- Proactive problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as on a cross-functional team.
- Minimum 2 years of Ecommerce & Amazon Selling experience.
- Demonstrated sense of urgency and ability to meet multiple deadlines.
Education/Experience
- 2-5 years of experience
- BA/BS from an accredited college/university
