Overview A Jr CSA (Customer Service Associate) is a customer service representative who provides customer service support to customers. They are responsible for resolving customer inquiries, providing product information, and assisting customers with their orders. Detailed Job Description A Jr CSA is responsible for providing customer service support to customers. This includes responding to customer inquiries, providing product information, and assisting customers with their orders. They must be able to effectively communicate with customers, both verbally and in writing. They must also be able to troubleshoot customer issues and provide solutions.
