What You Will Be Doing

Identifies and pursues new sales prospects within existing or untapped markets. Gathers market intelligence, generates leads, and develops proposals/campaigns to garner new business, ensuring a consistent flow of new revenues to the company. Uses knowledge of markets, industries, and clients to determine demand, future trends and potential projects.

Essential Functions/Responsibility Statements

• Builds complex financial models utilizing Microsoft Excel.
• Performs transaction due diligence.
• Analyzes companies from a financial, operational, competitive and industry standpoint.
• Writes offering memoranda and engagement letters.

Education

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience

Work Experience

• 3-5+ years; Product Development, Product Management, or related field.

Skills And Abilities

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, organizational skills and project management skills
• Advanced in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) with ability to learn new software(s).
• Process-oriented, detailed and strong aesthetic sensibility
• Ability to be flexible, adapt to changing priorities and prioritize deadlines
• Proven ability work collaboratively in a team environment
• Ability to manage and uphold departmental standards

Working Conditions: Frequent Minimal physical effort such as sitting, standing and walking. For NYC Job Applicants: The base annual salary range for this position is $99,000-$184,000. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.
