Position Overview:

Supports the flow and execution of key S&OP initiatives and processes. This involves creating and monitoring project plans and trackers for KPIs., organizing status meetings, analyzing and communicating project results. Coordinating with cross functional teams to ensure S&OP timelines and deliverables are met. Facilitator of monthly presentations of S&OP status and KPI results alongside multiple presenters to a large group of attendees.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Ensure S&OP expectations are clearly communicated and consistently met across internal teams and business stakeholders.
• Own regular touchpoints with KPI owners and presenters to develop and finalize presentation materials.
• Other duties as assigned by manager
• Facilitate and execute the smooth running of S&OP processes and KPI management across the Supply & Procurement Team and cross-functionally
• Facilitator of monthly Executive S&OP presentations consisting of both virtual and in person attendees.
• Provide administrative support as needed.
• Motivate cross functional teams and make timely decisions to ensure project success.
• Generate and maintain project workplans/trackers for key company initiatives and KPIs.
• Compile and prepare necessary presentation materials from multiple team members/functions for monthly S&OP meetings.

Essential Cross-Functional Responsibilities:

• Organize, attend, and lead follow-up and status meetings related to action items.
• Scribe, recap and communicate deliverables and action items needed during Executive S&OP presentations.
• Identify and assist to resolve issues as they arise, and proactively whenever possible.
• Document important actions and decisions S&OP sub-meetings. Distribute meeting recaps and follow-ups.
• Drive positive results and close gaps in KPI’s
• Communicate and present project results to key stakeholders and leadership.

Required Skills/ Qualifications:

• Highly organized
• Ability to inspire and motivate individuals and teams to complete tasks and follow process.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Public speaking and meeting facilitation skills

Education/ Experience Requirements:

• 1-2 years of relevant project management experience preferably in CPG
• Bachelor’s degree in business or Equivalent
