Responsibilities：

1. According to the overall strategy and rhythm of the company's overseas brands setting sail, formulate channel planning, strategies, and goals in the region;

2. Lead the team To B to expand distribution channels, including but not limited to agents, trade shows, dealers, and online channels To B;

3. Promote the marketing of agents' products through products, pricing, channels, and other strategies, maintain rapid and healthy channel development and build an effective distribution system;

4. Lead the PR team to collaborate with media resources in fashion, science, technology, and life, achieving brand and product presentation goals while contributing to GMV.

5. Lead team in operating SNS accounts and output content strategies to drive brand goodwill.

6. Lead the team in planning, organizing and executing marketing activities.

7, Responsible for team management, team goals, personnel management, etc.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher, proficient in English and Chinese

2. More than 10 years of overseas market development experience in consumer electronics, beauty, and skin care;

3. Familiar with the Indonesian market (even the whole Southeast Asian market is a plus) and have specific fast-moving customer resources;

4. Excellent communication skills, negotiation skills, pressure resistance, and ability to handle emergencies. Have good professional ethics, a strong sense of responsibility, and good execution.
