Job Title: Ecommerce Brand Manager
Job Overview:
The NES Group, a leading wholesale jewelry company, is seeking a talented and dynamic Ecommerce Brand Manager to join our team. As the Ecommerce Brand Manager, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our online presence, driving sales, and elevating our brand in the competitive jewelry industry. You will lead the development and execution of effective ecommerce strategies, manage our Shopify platforms, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. The ideal candidate is creative, data-driven, has a deep passion for jewelry and ecommerce, and possesses hands-on Shopify experience.
Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy and Positioning: Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with The NES Group's values and resonates with our target customers. Maintain a consistent brand image across all digital touchpoints.
Shopify Management: Oversee the management and optimization of The NES Group's Shopify ecommerce platforms for our multiple sister brands. Ensure product listings are accurate, visually appealing, and optimized for conversions. Utilize Shopify's features and tools to enhance the user experience and maximize sales.
Digital Marketing: Plan and implement result-driven digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic and conversions. Utilize various online channels, including social media, email marketing, and search engine marketing, to promote The NES Group's jewelry products and strengthen brand awareness.
Market Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and potential threats in the wholesale jewelry industry. Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams: Work closely with the product development team to curate and launch new jewelry collections that align with market demands and customer preferences. Collaborate with the sales team to align online and offline strategies for consistent brand messaging.
Customer Relationship Management: Focus on building and nurturing strong customer relationships through personalized communication and exceptional customer service. Address customer inquiries and feedback promptly and professionally to enhance brand loyalty.
Ecommerce Analytics: Monitor and analyze ecommerce performance metrics, including traffic, conversion rates, average order value, and customer behavior. Utilize analytical insights to optimize sales and profitability and proactively identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience as an Ecommerce Brand Manager or a similar role within the jewelry industry.
Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, digital marketing channels, and online customer behavior.
Hands-on experience with Shopify platform management and customization.
Proficiency in using ecommerce analytics tools to track customer journey data.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Creative thinker with a deep passion for jewelry and an eye for visual aesthetics.
Strong project management and organizational abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with wholesale jewelry sales or B2B ecommerce.

Familiarity with email marketing platforms and customer segmentation.
