Mission:
Drive Puig digital acceleration strategy & execution for e-commerce Niche business segment with a key focus on strengthening all steps of the funnel for our key retail partners. Spearhead robust commercial plans and growth initiatives for dotcom sales, online traffic, and new customer acquisition that deliver monthly and annual revenue goals. Current niche brands for this role include Christian Louboutin Beauty, Penhaligon’s, Dries Van Noten, L’Artisan Perfumers. Support of our key retailers in this role include Nordstrom, Saks, Bloomingdale’s, Holt Renfrew, Bergdorf Goodman, Neiman Marcus.
Responsibilities:
Puig performance analysis, competitive insights, retailers & trends expertise
· Establish a strong KPI tracker to clearly identify performance vs target; understanding gaps & address them
· Execute on-going competitive analysis as well as recommended strategies and tactics to improve our value equation to the customer (key to track retailer’s emails, retailers social accounts, competitive audits at key periods to draw insights to drive our business)
· Expand business & landscape knowledge to identify key business drivers
· Ensure key actions are in place to have best in class execution
o Ensure delivery of targets (sales, timely & quality of the execution of launches & portfolio updates), implement corrective action when needed
· Build knowledge & expertise to strengthen the funnel (affiliate strategies, Search, Email marketing, etc.)
· Be vocal about the color category to drive business forward on key brands on retailers and future retailer launches
· Experience in Beauty Specialty Accounts & Color or Fragrance is a must have
Build strong relationships with multiple retailers and internal teams
· Develop a strong partnership and efficient way of working with the .com teams at all of our retailers for the niche business
· Negotiate strong visibility with the retailers within Color and Fragrance categories
· Aggressiveness to drive their business & delivering targets
o Develop strong Strategy & Planning (ex: allocations, sampling programs, omni executions, ratings & reviews etc.)
o Ensure quality of execution (ex: product pages, strong visibility, gwps/samples set up on time, launches live on time, etc.)
o Test, learn, and implement new opportunities with retailers
· Put forward strong recommendations of campaigns & activations for new launches, key seasonal moments and key retailer timing in terms of assets, exposure, offers, and partner on media with team
Maximize efficiency of communication, leveraging the power of the cross-functional teams & resourcefulness (internal & external)
· Powerful written and verbal communications to align multiple parties: Coordinate with various departments within the company to ensure that all consumer touchpoints and messaging are working and measured harmoniously and efficiently
· Able to multitask, project manage, and handle multiple retailers and brands along with cross-functional teams internally and externally
· Leverage the power of the cross functional teams and form strategic relationships:
· Work hand and hand with KADs on an omni channel strategy and execution, while programming dotcom only executions where needed
· Work closely with marketing & media team members to provide merchandising vision to email, search and social campaigns
· Liaise with internal and external operations team on demand planning & fulfillment by requesting inventory, forecasting and communicating clear dates for launches and promotions aligned to the business needs
· Partner with the Global ECommerce team to develop merchandising calendar for item image, copy strategy, as well as learn and implement tactics from other countries
Skills:
· Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum 4-6 Years of Ecommerce/retailer.com/DTC/Digital experience
· Digital, Sales/eCommerce, Marketing experience preferred.
· Strong understanding of media data/research sources.
· Experience in color category and/or fragrance
· Track record of building brand awareness with an eye for message, content and stories.
· Significant experience and a proven track record of executing digital communication strategies and tracking ROI analysis as a result.
· Experience partnering with multiple retailers
o Must have a good handle on current trending products and strategies
· Innovative thinker and interested in first to market.
· Needs to be a creative problem solver, thrive in fast paced environment, prioritize and oversee multiple projects at once.
· Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
· Attention to detail and work well with cross functional teams.
· Strong communication skills.
· Positive attitude and demonstrates a high level of maturity and presence.
· Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, and Excel.

As required by New York City salary transparency law, effective November 2022, the expected base salary for this position ranges from $95,000 - $110,000. Various factors are considered when extending offers, such as relevant skillset, training, years of experience related to the current job description, education, and our organizational structure.
