Job Description

A leading textile design company is seeking a full time Jr. Designer for their NYC office. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience working within the design industry with an impressive portfolio.


The position has a hybrid schedule with 4 days in office and 1-day WFH.


Responsibilities:

  • Meet tight deadlines for presentations and production.
  • Factory set up and send out files to factories for product.
  • Presentation Boards- create presentation boards for sales team to promote products.
  • Designing for all brands
  • Sending out design files for approval to the licensees.
  • Designing for all products including, bed, bath, beach, and novelty items.
  • Set up sheets for production.


Qualifications

  • 3 years of Design experience
  • Fluent in ADOBE Photoshop + Illustrator
  • Effective communication skills
  • Collaborative spirit and able to work in a fast paced, demanding environment while staying organized and on task.
