Job Overview

As a member of the Love Wellness Digital & Ecommerce Team, the Sr. Manager, Ecommerce will be instrumental in continuing to develop and optimize the Love Wellness Ecommerce site experience, and position the Love Wellness brand as a best in class leader in the Health and Wellness industry.

Salary Range: $100,000 - $128,000 + bonus (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include work experience, education, and skill level)

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Ecommerce, Marketing and Creative teams on UX/UI enhancements and manage implementation.
• Execute site changes, overseeing the timely upload, quality and accuracy of all creative and product related data.
• Oversee our Ecommerce dev team, providing direction and project management on all site experience updates that require dev support.
• Manage and build out the DTC calendar, driving and developing process improvement opportunities for the digital team for campaign and promotional planning.
• Utilize data, analytics and competitor analysis to identify key areas for site optimization and enhancement and integrate into a testing and implementation roadmap to drive improvement across key website engagement KPIs.
• Manage site testing roadmap focused on conversion rate optimization. Continually audit the site to identify opportunities for enhancement, optimization and testing.
• Lead all aspects of optimizing and enhancing the site experience with a focus on increasing conversion and other site engagement KPIs and showcasing the Love Wellness brand.
• Build and maintain an integrated launch calendar with full tracking of product launches, media campaigns, newsletters, and all aspects of a successful Ecommerce launch.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally across Ecommerce, Creative, Marketing and Merchandising to create a cohesive and compelling digital customer experience.
• Manage project timelines and dev resources to ensure on time and flawless execution of all site updates and launches.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree
• Must be based in the NYC area
• Experienced managing a remote software development team
• Must have at least two (2) years of experience with Shopify.
• 5+ years of Ecommerce management experience with a strong track record across UX/UI design, web analytics and digital marketing for a DTC CPG or Health/Wellness company.
• Passionate about the health and wellness industry
