We're seeking someone who can help support the technology requirements of our organization for our clients. This role works closely with our Helpdesk team members and performs a variety of tasks to help make sure all of our clients technology is functioning properly and securely at all times. You'll be working with our client devices, servers, and related technologies while also having the opportunity to explore and test new emerging technologies to help grow the business. As a rapidly growing company, we value an entrepreneurial attitude, a mindset that embraces change, and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple concurrent projects.
Responsibilities
• Provide timely technical support through our Freshdesk ticketing system, adhering to SLAs.
• Review logs on multiple systems and take action on the log errors
• Create and maintain troubleshooting documentation for the end-user knowledge base.
• Monitor infrastructure health, backups, and security status.
• Participate in quarterly PCI compliance procedures
• Write and maintain IT department documentation along with other IT team members.
• Install and configure laptops, peripherals, printers, servers, and network equipment.
• Install and configure company software on both clients and servers.
• Maintain an accurate inventory of assets.
• Provide training to users when needed.
Qualifications
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly and be able to adapt them to Point to Point Solution's current ecosystem or tools
• Able to troubleshoot issues, and escalate them if necessary.
• General knowledge of networking concepts
• Experience using Windows operating systems and MacOS
• Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent writing skills for documenting workflows

$55,000 Annual
