Marketing Analyst

Location: New York, NY (Park / 48th)

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

(Hybrid schedule – 2-3 days onsite)

The Marketing Analyst will lead and execute a comprehensive organic content strategy for social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) to increase awareness of and traffic to our locations while driving digital engagement with our brand. As a Marketing Analyst, you will also serve as community manager for our social channels, engaging with customer comments and inquiries in a way that builds brand love! Depending on experience, desire and skillset, there could be a possibility to expand to other digital marketing campaigns such as paid social, PMax, display, and search engine marketing.

Responsibilities:

• Create digital engagement with brand to increase awareness and drive traffic to locations.
• Sort through extensive library of pre-edited photo content and create content for postings
• Publish content across various social media platforms
• Take on brand voice (playful, energetic, funny) and embody that in the digital space (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn)
• Act as a community manager by responding to post comments within 24hrs
• Create 7-10 engaging posts per month to build brand love
• Utilize Sprinklr for posting content and tracking performance

Qualifications:

• Excellent Attention to detail
• Creative & Energetic
• Experience publishing content for a large brand
• Bachelor’s Degree
• 2-4 years of Professional Experience in Social Media Marketing
• Process oriented
• Proficient in Sprinklr social media management platform (open to other social media/marketing publication platform applications)
