Staff/Principal Hris Engineer- Hybrid, Nyc

You MUST be "hands-on" familiar with HRIS systems and processes to ensure easy management of HR business processes and data to apply! ! !

We build solutions to help people and business make educated data-driven decisions more efficient. (i.e. compensation, retention, diversity and better career decisions overall). Data engineering or integrations experience is necessary for you to be successful in this role ! ! !

Hybrid, NYC ! ! ! Expect to be in the office 2-3 days per week in the Flatiron District.

As a Principal Engineer with experience in HR systems and processes, you and your team will break down complicated technical problems into workable, sprint-ready stories. Your greatest strengths are your ability to adapt to different tech stacks and solve unorthodox challenges.

What's the mission:

You are building beautiful scalable end-to-end landing solutions in "HRIS" systems to help people and business make educated data driven decisions more simpler, efficient and safer.

You will have the opportunity to work across the stack . . . front-back, and everything in between. You’ll take ideas from scratch to deployment, by rapidly building prototypes, iterating, and releasing them thus providing value to the user base.

What you need to be successful in the role:

• AWS
• GoLang, Kupernetes is a plus
• Data engineering OR integrations experience
• Previous experience leading a product team building scalable End-to-End solutions in a World-Class data engineering environment.
• CI/CD
• SQL
• Snowflake
• 8-10 years experience Javascript, React, Python, Node (on the backend)
